We are honored to have received the "Happy at Work" and “Tech at Work” labels every year since 2019. **Your tasks**: - Manage full-cycle recruiting processes across various Dilitrust offices (FR + International) - Develop and manage sourcing strategies for positions across various businesses and technical functions (GTM, Sales, Corporate, Engineering) - Deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies - Help improve our process, documentation, tooling (ATS) - Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems, services, and processes **Your profile**: - 5+ years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) - Experience hiring across multiple countries. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Able to handle multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Fluent in English and French, 3rd speaking language is a plus. - Passionate about Legal Tech, SaaS, and high-growth environments. **Our values**: At DiliTrust, our values guide everything we do. **Trust** is our foundation, ensuring transparency and integrity in every action.
