Lennox EMEA is undergoing a significant digital transformation, including a website migration and brand realignment. As part of this exciting journey, we are looking for a motivated **Communication and Social Media Intern** to support our communication efforts.

Based in Mions, you will play an essential role in driving our social media strategy, content creation, and internal communication initiatives. You will work closely with the communication team to ensure alignment across projects while contributing to events, campaigns, and marketing actions that strengthen Lennox EMEA’s brand presence.

This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to develop your communication and social media skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**General Support to the Communication Team**:

- Support the implementation of the **European Marketing Plan**, including events, sales campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
- Assist the internal sales team by providing necessary materials and resources.
- Oversee the **ordering and management of marketing materials, branded goodies, and documentation**.

**Social Media and Content Creation**:

- Act as a **Community Manager** for Lennox EMEA’s social media platforms.
- Create and manage engaging content for multiple brands.
- Manage and develop creative, on-brand content for social media platforms.
- Actively monitor and engage with our online communities to build a strong digital presence.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to organize newsletter content.
- Assist in creating and managing internal communication content to enhance employee engagement.

**Skills and Qualifications**

**Essential**:

- Educational Level: Bac+2/3 (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in **French and English** (advanced level required).
- Strong social media management skills.
- Solid knowledge of **Microsoft Office** tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Creativity and good writing skills in both content creation and editing.

**Desirable**:

- Familiarity with **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
- A first experience in marketing or communication would be advantageous.
