Senior Product Manager

Mangopay is a **wallet-based payment infrastructure** built specifically for organisations with complex, multi-party fund flows. A pioneer in multi-party payments.

Our solution optimises fund flows on behalf of the organisations we work with using wallets as **programmable, composable** building blocks.

Mangopay's **regulated platform** collects payments, secures transactions and holds funds, splits money between the various parties in the funds flow, and ultimately manages the payout to service providers, sellers, and consumers.

Platforms and fintechs using Mangopay regain control and transparency over **multi-party payment flows**, generate additional revenue, and improve operational efficiency. They can stay compliant while innovating and scaling.

The Mangopay product organization drives the growth of our product families. This includes Payment Acceptance, Wallet, Banking, Payouts and User Identity. Our mission is to reimagine and create the infrastructure that is going to fuel the growth of Mangopay in the coming years. The delivery of the best possible product is a critical mission due to the central role each of these teams have in supporting our platforms.

**Mission**:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will orchestrate Mangopay's flexible payment infrastructure for global money movements. Pioneer initiatives that unlock new revenue streams and elevate user experiences for top-tier platforms. Ensure seamless, secure, and scalable financial solutions that empower client growth and innovation. Ultimately, your work will solidify Mangopay's leadership in powering unique payment experiences and adapting to the evolving financial landscape.This role is an exciting combination of leadership, strategic vision, steering and delivery of the roadmap, and management.

**What will you be responsible for?**:

- Leading new strategic product opportunities to extend our capabilities through a mixture of own technology and 3rd party integrations
- Being a known leader for your domain, with in-depth experience and knowledge of the areas you will be responsible for.
- Actively engaging to identify the needs and challenges of our clients and turning them into added value for our cards offering
- Being data driven - using qualitative and quantitative insights to determine the right prioritization
- Driving roadmap execution through OKRs
- Establishing metrics, processes and dashboards for monitoring and evaluating the performance and success of the product and its features
- Coaching Product Managers and hiring new talent, as necessary

**What do we expect from you?**:

- 5+ years experience in Product Management
- 5+ years experience in Fintech, and specifically in either Banking Payments, Card Payments, Wallet business or similar. You are familiar with the latest trends and developments in the space
- You have used AI to solve some problems in your current role or have created a personal project leveraging it
- You are familiar with crypto and have explored ideas on how to monetize it
- Experience working with payment partners to drive value and scale
- Experience working with APIs, front-end and back-end experience, UX, Compliance, Legal, Billing
- Excellent team leadership skills with a proven track record of team management and growth
- Ownership and Leadership: you are able to form a vision and work with product, engineering and various stakeholders to bring that vision to life
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a broad range of technical and business audiences in a simple and compelling way
- You like to get things done and are able to keep the ball rolling on your field or your stakeholder's one, sense of urgency and bias for action are familiar terms for you
