Then join the Operations department of Cailabs

In this team and in close collaboration with the Head of the Cailabs Microfabrication Production Unit, you will be responsible for implementing a complete production process and the associated metrology. In parallel, and depending on the company's activity, you will contribute to the optical systems assembly division.Your main tasks will be to:

- Operating a micrometric manufacturing machine following established procedures,
- Carry out the metrology of the parts manufactured by the machine,
- Carry out the tasks of the entire production chain (from the reception of raw parts, through the transformation of the parts, to their dispatch),
- Contribute to the improvement of processes,
- Work in collaboration with the R&D Department,
- Staggered hours (11am - 7pm) - see what can be said to the tel about not paying shift premiums.

**Key skills:
- You have a BAC+2/3 in optics and/or micro-mechanics,
- You are meticulous, rigorous and organised (the job requires good dexterity),
- You are autonomous and have the ability to make proposals,
- Your interpersonal skills are an asset for teamwork with both the operations and technical R&D teams.

**Nice-to-haves**:

- Knowledge of precision mechanics,
- You are familiar with ultra-precision manufacturing technologies,
- You know how to adapt to a changing environment.
