The ethics & compliance program is founded on the Roquette Values and the Roquette Code of Conduct and seeks to help each person within the Roquette Group do the right thing, the right way, every day - even when no-one is watching. Inside the Ethics & Compliance (E&C) team, you will be part of a large legal team that works daily to assess and mitigate Roquette’s compliance and legal risks. You will assist the team in a wide variety of activities and missions, covered by Roquette’s global ethics and compliance program: anticorruption, international sanctions and trade controls, sustainability and competition law. You will also have regular opportunities to meet and work with team members across the globe.- 6 month-internship- We are hiring for : July to Dec 2025 This is an example of missions that may be entrusted to you: - Develop a working knowledge of Roquette’s Ethics and Compliance Program- Promote and embed the Roquette Values and Roquette Code of Conduct- Gain exposure to other Roquette’s business units through trainings and tone at the top events- Providing strategic counsel and advice on compliance matters to Roquette’s Business and Corporate Functions.- Support the Group’s anti-corruption and anti-bribery program, with particular emphasis on compliance with the Sapin II law and implementation of the AFA Guidelines.- In addition to putting in place a Roquette’s Group-wide compliance program, developing policies, and implementing processes to support and drive a culture of ethics and integrity, the E&C team also enables Roquette to proactively address compliance issues.- Collaborate cross-functionally and support the Ethics and Compliance team on various types of topics including anticorruption, international trade sanctions, competition law and sustainability- Support internal investigations and any remedial/corrective action plans.- Assist in the creation of training and communication content to advertise the Code of Conduct and more detailed policies- Develop materials and activities for Compliance initiatives- Participate in planning, execution and reporting processes of compliance reviews- Assist with build out of essential reports and KPIs- Analyze existing data for accuracy and completion- Document process workflows Other benefits of this internship: - Meal vouchers ("Tickets restaurant) + 50% refund of public transport Roquette is proud to be a global company where you can find personal and professional growth through multiple diverse experiences.
