Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients un Expert BPO Forecast To Produce (F2P) (H/F)

Vos missions seront:
? Collaborer avec les équipes BPO pour évaluer les impacts, définir les options et accompagner la mise en ?uvre des évolutions liées au processus F2P

? Faire le lien entre les équipes métier et les parties prenantes du programme afin d?assurer l?alignement sur les priorités, les livrables et les délais

? Supporter les phases de tests utilisateurs (UAT) : définition de la stratégie, organisation des sessions, suivi de l?avancement, validation des résultats

? Participer aux activités de nettoyage, de rapprochement et de validation des données

? Maintenir à jour la documentation fonctionnelle et les cartographies de processus

? Participer aux instances de gouvernance et assurer un reporting régulier

? Garantir l?engagement et la communication avec les parties prenantes aux niveaux opérationnel et programme
