Nous recherchons pour notre client, un Client Services Engineer.

L'Ingénieur du service à la clientèle fournit une assistance technique aux utilisateurs des systèmes informatiques. Ainsi, il doit répondre aux questions ou résoudre les problèmes informatiques des clients en personne, par téléphone ou à distance, ainsi que fournir une assistance concernant l'utilisation du matériel informatique et des logiciels, les installations d'imprimantes, le traitement de texte, le courrier électronique et les systèmes d'exploitation.

Responsabilités:

- Fournir un support technique sur site aux utilisateurs du système en résolvant les problèmes et en travaillant directement avec les fournisseurs pour résoudre les principaux problèmes matériels et logiciels.
- Maintenir les systèmes, installer de nouveaux équipements et apporter des modifications à l'infrastructure du client selon les besoins.
- Aider les utilisateurs du système en résolvant en toute confiance les problèmes de niveau 1 à 3, notamment : Active Directory, MS Exchange, O365, MDM, SharePoint et DNS.
- Évaluer l'efficacité opérationnelle des différents systèmes informatiques du client et recommander des améliorations.
- Gérer la file d'attente des tickets en documentant, en suivant et en surveillant manuellement les problèmes, tout en vous assurant que tous les tickets sont traités et fermés en temps opportun.
- Interagir avec les clients en utilisant une communication claire et concise afin de faciliter les mises à jour du statut des tickets et la disponibilité des produits.
- Gérer les environnements MS Exchange et Active Directory (par exemple, ajouter, supprimer, modifier) selon les besoins et rester à jour.
- Démontrer efficacement un sentiment d'urgence, tout en agissant de manière professionnelle et calme et gérer des attentes appropriées et réalistes pour assurer le client dans son ensemble.
- Tirer parti des compétences de réflexion critique pour évaluer toutes les solutions possibles et utiliser le jugement approprié pour appliquer la méthodologie de résolution la plus efficace.

Qualifications / compétences / capacités:

- Français courant et solides compétences en anglais.
- 4 ans au moins d'expérience informatique connexe dans un environnement d'entreprise ou de serveur.
- Au moins 3 ans d'expérience récente en maintenance de systèmes et en support technique pour les utilisateurs finaux.
- Excellentes compétences en dépannage de postes de travail et de serveurs.
- Solide expérience pratique de Windows Server, MS Exchange/365, Active Sync, Active Directory, LAN/WAN, MDM et Microsoft Office Suite.
- Connaissance de VMware, Citrix, MDM (gestion des appareils mobiles), reprise après sinistre, Cisco, SAN (par exemple, EMC, Equallogic) et cybersécurité (par exemple, IPS, IDS).
- Expérience dans un environnement ITIL.
- Communication verbale/écrite impeccable.
- Faire preuve d'un haut niveau de professionnalisme et d'un bon jugement.
- Expérience avec ConnectWise ou un système de billetterie similaire préféré. #1354670
