Superviseur Sciences Et Technologies

As a **Science & Technology Supervisor M/W,** you are responsible for development of aerospace products.

You will be based in Gonfreville L'Orcher and will report to the Aerospace Coatings EMEA Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate development and product maintenance projects with technical team members
- Become the main EMEA S&T contact for aerospace adhesives, supporting internal and external test programs
- Report progress in regular project reviews, both internally and externally
- Ensure new or modified products will be robust and available at the right moment in the market
- Develop understanding of fundamental principles and root cause analysis
- Use Sigma Logic methodology
- Carry out daily responsibilities relating to EHS, 5S and any other company initiatives

**Qualifications**
- Masters degree in chemistry, material science or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience of project - resource management, in the aerospace industry
- Background in product development (preferably of coatings, adhesives)
- Cooperation with several departments and in a matrix international environment
- IT competencies (Office Pack; Minitab, MS Project)
- Force of proposal using statistical tools, minimum Six Sigma Green Belt
- Experience with APQP is a plus
- Business fluent in English and French
