As a Founder’s Associate (Design and Product Management), you'll become an integral part of our dynamic design team, contributing your creativity and talents to crafting captivating design solutions that embody our company's sustainability values.

Your role is essential to our success, as you'll help ensure our brand and products are not only visually stunning but also deeply engaging to our target audience.

Tasks
- Dive into the creative process and contribute to the development of captivating design solutions for a wide range of projects, spanning from digital and print marketing materials to cutting-edge website designs.
- Team up with cross-functional groups to grasp design requirements and generate concepts that perfectly embody our company's commitment to sustainability.
- Engage in user research and usability testing to guide design choices and ensure our creations truly resonate with users and their needs.
- Establish and uphold design standards and guidelines that shape our unique and memorable brand identity.
- Take charge of organizing and preserving design files and assets, making them readily available for seamless use across various platforms

**Requirements**:

- You boast excellent fluency in English (French would be a fantastic bonus, and we welcome additional languages, too)
- You have a strong background in graphic design or UX/UI design and are highly proficient in design software.
- You're comfortable presenting and explaining design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
- You have a knack for staying updated on the latest design trends and technologies, ensuring our brand remains fresh and ahead of the curve in the sustainability space.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and can easily adapt to changing priorities, while maintaining a keen focus on details and quality.
- You possess excellent time management skills and are able to juggle multiple projects with varying deadlines, without compromising on creativity.
- You're an exceptional team player who values collaboration and open communication, actively contributing ideas and feedback in a constructive manner.
- You have a growth mindset and are eager to learn, experiment, and refine your design skills, while also actively seeking and incorporating feedback from the team.
- If you're based in Paris or eager to relocate, that's a bonus But we're committed to nurturing a remote-first team and will ensure carbon removal after our regular in-person team gatherings to compensate for any impact.
