Product Manager

The Product Manager is in charge of contributing the business and product development stream of the clearing house, by defining the strategy and commercial approach of the CCP on the asset class she/he manages together with the Head of functions. The Product manager will also be responsible to engage with the product design team to manage functional design (business requirements) of Euronext Clearing’s services supporting the strategic ambitions. He/She will report directly to the Head of Product Development.

The Product Manager engages with the various teams internally (trading teams, IT, product design, risk) and with clients to build the strategic approach of the CCP.

Your key accountabilities
- Responsible for delivering the cash equity clearing expansion strategy and associated revenues;
- Responsible for the definition of High level business requirements if required when launching new initiative;
- Responsible for building the roadmap of the cash equity clearing expansion initiative together with the project management team, product design, IT, risk teams;
- Participation to any relevant associations to follow closely regulatory and competitive evolution of cash equity clearing;
- Responsible for market intelligence / reporting working closely with the data team also part of the product development function.

Your profile
- Experience:_
- 10 years of experience in the relevant financial markets;
- Experience with the agile project management methodology is a plus.
- Profile and Skills:_
- Excellent interpersonal skills - working with teams from various locations and departments, and interacting with varying levels of seniority across the organization;
- Deep understanding of the competitive landscape and dynamics within european cash equity clearing markets;
- Excellent oral and written communication and influencing skills, capable of interacting effectively with business product and operation experts as well as with executive level management;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Proactive and driven;
- Strong leadership;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; and
- Mastering of English as a working language is a must.
