**Pourquoi a-t-on besoin de vous ?** Job purpose**

Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Director of AGR, the Business controller oversees a multifaceted scope covering:

- Automotive glass production (3 plants)
- Distribution of automotive glass and related products through Sekurit Service (operating in approximately twenty countries)
- Installation of automotive glass via a network of franchisees (operating in around ten countries)

The Business controller role encompasses three primary aspects: (i) control and reporting tasks, (ii) project implementation and monitoring, and (iii) facilitation and oversight of internal control for the Business Unit (BU).

**Key accountabilities**

Management Control:
Collaborating with countries, participate in various stages of reporting and financial analysis throughout the year:

- Monthly closure
- Budgeting
- Forecasts throughout the year
- 3-year plan

During reporting periods:

- Ensure legal entities within the scope meet deadlines (especially regarding monthly closure)
- Verify the quality of data entry information by entities within the scope
- Analyze data to gain an overview of company performance and explain key variations
- Prepare specific ad hoc financial analyses

Projects:

- Work on projects, particularly focusing on financial digitalization, based on business needs:

- For example, develop Power BI reports and assist in Power BI tool management
- Support business in developing new tools/improving existing ones based on centrally decided priorities.
- Serve as a liaison between AGR's IT teams and local CFOs to assist in project implementation.

Facilitation and Oversight of Internal Control:

- Assist AGR entities in auditing their processes to align with Saint Gobain's internal control framework.
- Identify and communicate best practices.

Contacts and Working Environment: Key stakeholders for this role include CFOs from all legal entities within the AGR BU, as well as other support functions within AGR (Supply Chain, Marketing, IT, etc.).
**Ce poste est-il fait pour vous ?**
- Master's degree (Bac +5) from a Business School or equivalent institution, with a specialization in finance
- English proficiency is fluent, both written and spoken
- Proficient in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint). Proficiency in Magnitude and Microstrategy / Power BI would be a plus.
