Daily cleaning of approximately 18 stateroomsCleaning of public areas, toilets and reception area according to requirementsCorrect handling of guest laundryControl and distribution of externally cleaned laundry and uniformsCorrect and careful handling of all cleaning products, materials and housekeeping equipmentRotating laundry duty incl. washing, ironing and folding activitiesDistribution of daily programs, gift orders and turndown services in allocated stateroomsWelcoming and escorting guests to their staterooms on embarkation dayChecking and reporting technical defects of staterooms to the supervisor / receptionLuggage duty on embarkation and disembarkation dayConduction of stock takes; inventory according to company proceduresOrganization and planning of embarkation / disembarkationPreparation of opening and closing ships at start and end of seasonAssistance in other departments upon instruction from supervisors (if required)Performance according to company standards and HACCP rulesParticipation in loadingsCorrect storage of stock; establishing of par levelsActive participation in onboard training programsParticipate in the departmental “Daily Reunion”
