**(Sr) Principal Analog IC Designer (M/W)**
- **1. Your missions**_
- you technically pilot the preliminary studies, in relation with the customer and with the various actors: you are able to evaluate different architectures to achieve the better power-area-performance trade-off required for a project, until the final choice of the architecture and establishment of the specification of the ASIC
- you lead, debate and present the choice of architectures and design status during review meetings within the project team and in front of customers
- you participate in the circuit design with the other designers, debate within the small team of experts on the best trade-off and in a concern of continuous improvement of the methods of conception
- you support and challenge junior analog designers during the different phases of a project, and share with them your experience
- you are the technical guarantor in front of the customers of the performances of the circuit in accordance with the specifications.
- **2. Your profile**_
- Engineering degree (or equivalent) in microelectronics
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in analog design, with a preference in the power management domain such as high performance LDOs, isolated or non-isolated DC-DC converters, power FETs drivers, high voltage drivers, etcmastering architecture analysis, robust design/layout practice and high voltage CMOS technology knowledge.
- Experience with seeing a project through from beginning to completion with strong customer interaction
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently but with a strong team spirit, while being a real force of proposals
- Leadership and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English / Nice to have: French
