Fleet Marketing

You will play an essential role within our dynamic and fast-moving Creative team, helping to support the 360 marketing activities of Y.CO’s best-in-class fleet of yachts for sale and charter.

Working closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering industry-leading marketing content for Y.CO CA yachts. You will be a self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of your work, building strong and proactive relationships with the Sales and Charter teams to become a trusted marketing partner.

With your exceptional organisational skills, you will coordinate the marketing assets for our CA Yachts including the creation of the brochures, webpages and other bespoke items. Together with the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will organise photo and video shoots. You will also liaise with our inhouse design team and provide briefs. With your great eye for detail, you will ensure that all material is up to date.

Using your excellent written communication skills, you will support the generation of yacht related communications for clients, press and industry contacts. You will also assist with brand campaigns, suggesting ideas for social media that will drive our brand forward.

You will generate reports on marketing activity for yachts in the Y.CO fleet on an ad hoc basis as well as providing support on key Marketing projects and cover for colleagues when necessary. You will also actively participate in all Y.CO sponsored sustainability programs.

**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar marketing role, either client or agency side
- Basic Photoshop and InDesign knowledge is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- You are a proactive self-starter, motivated to contribute ideas and add value beyond the brief
- Good eye for image selection and visual presentation
- Experience with Salesforce and Account Engagement/Pardot would be advantageous
