**About the Role**:
As a **Ruby Backend Engineer**, you'll join the **Influence Marketing** product team and contribute to the development and evolution of one of our core solutions.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop and improve our Influence Marketing platform and its architecture
- Enhance system **resilience, observability (monitoring/logging), reliability, and performance**:

- Contribute to **CI/CD pipelines, industrialization efforts, and cloud deployments**:

- Define and promote **best engineering practices** (TDD, BDD, DevOps, Agile) across the team
- Conduct technical reviews and ensure development standards are upheld
- Mentor and support the development of junior engineers through coaching and peer programming
- Engage in **technical watch** to stay current with the latest technologies and suggest improvements

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **5+ years** of experience in backend software development
- Strong expertise with **Ruby (on Rails)**:

- Experience with NodeJS appreciated
- Solid background working in **Agile/Scrum** teams
- Ability to clearly explain and advocate for architectural and technical decisions
- A passion for **clean code, performance, and scalable systems**:

- Comfortable working in an international context
- **Fluent in English** (written and spoken)
