**You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions**:

- _
Collaborating with the multi-functional team on packaging renovation and cross-cutting packaging initiatives ; _
- _Conducting risk assessment studies and providing project feasibility: function, manufacturability, cost, timetable, risks, and global consistency ; _
- _Identifying stock packaging, validating technical drawings and providing printing area ; _
- _Establishing homologation plans and conducting all necessary testing to validate success criteria ; _
- _Conducting all aesthetic development (color matching, decoration) ; _
- _Reviewing/Approving Artwork files ; _
- _Managing industrialization phase and attending line trials at contract manufacturers sites, to ensure components and finished goods are of the correct quality expectations for production ; _
- _Working closely with Quality to provide component and finished good specifications. Approving quality standards and range boards for Components and Finished Goods ; _
- _Validating tertiary packaging for finished goods and palletization plans ; _
- _Overall, following up on the timelines and reporting regularly on status of development issues to the immediate supervisor and to the project managers. Identifying mitigations plans and ensuring their deployment ; _
- _Supporting sustainability programs specifically applied to packaging ; _
- _In addition, you will actively support the team by updating key performance indicators and providing annual reporting._

4th/ 5th year of an engineer’s degree (packaging, chemistry, mechanical engineering, or other relevant discipline) ; _
- _Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills for verbal and written communication of ideas, technical rationales and recommendations ; _
- _Curious, organized, autonomous, dynamic, analytical and passionate about the product ; _
- _Excellent English communication skills._
