**Chefclub, “The eat-ertainment brand”** Chefclub is a digital brand born in Paris in 2016 that quickly expanded in Europe, in the US, in Latin America and in China thanks to a free broadcast of high-quality content. Our mission: turn the kitchen into a space for sharing and fun. Our unique positioning between cooking and entertainment resonates far beyond the sphere of cooking enthusiasts: with over 2 billion organic views each month and 100 million followers, Chefclub is the world's fastest growing brand on social media. We are looking for people who want to push the boundaries of traditional cooking and are ready to embrace the culture of "eat-ertainment": at the intersection of cooking and entertainment, we reinvent everyday ingredients and recipes to create a show in the kitchen. Our community in the US only is as big as 10 million followers on all our social media platforms. This is the reason why we are looking for someone who knows all about the US food culture and who will help us develop this market which still has a huge potential to be unleashed. As a culinary show producer, you’ll work hand in hand with Adrien, the Executive Producer. - **Your missions**:_ - Monitoring: - International monitoring on everything linked to the food media industry: be aware of every new food content that comes out (TV & digital) - Feed the catalog every month with your ideas for new US shows: inspire yourself with your international monitoring to create a new concept with mechanics and editorial strategy - Experimenting: - Prepare and shoot a pilot: theme, outline view, team and what will happen inside the video - Showrunning: be there during the shooting to make sure everything goes the way it was planned - Go through the rushes of our shows and script it all to create the final version: after the shooting, go through the video material to decide on what you want to keep and how you want to edit the final version - Work with the production teams to put together the pilot (motion designer, editors ) - Feedback: - Organize viewing sessions to get feedback and know where to go from there (validation or shooting again) - **Your profile**:_ - You have experience in creating TV or digital shows: you know about how to create a concept with mechanics to entertain - You are creative: always looking for new ideas and new inspirations, you think outside of the box and you’d like to experiment - You are business oriented: you’ll need to understand Chefclub’s challenges, especially in terms of branding, to suggest relevant ideas - You are a team player: you’ll have many people to collaborate with - You have a strong US culture Type d'emploi : Temps plein, CDI Avantages: - Participation au Transport - Titre-restaurant Programmation: - Du Lundi au Vendredi - Travail en journée Types de primes et de gratifications: - Prime trimestrielle Question(s) de présélection: - Why would you like to join Chefclub?
