**This is a hybrid role (2-3 days in office)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Direct and mentor a team of frontend developers, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate collaboration between design, product, and technical teams to translate concepts into user-centric interfaces.
- Champion our architectural and coding standards, including MicroFrontend architecture, and drive initiatives for code optimization and scalability.
- Serve as a technical advisor across departments, offering insights and solutions to complex challenges.
- Ensure seamless integration with backend services, fostering a cooperative environment between frontend and backend developers.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies, enriching the teams knowledge through workshops, training sessions, and code reviews.

Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field. Proven leadership experience in managing agile development teams. Expertise in React, Node.js, and full-stack development methodologies. Solid understanding of CSS, HTML, TypeScript, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks. Proficient in unit testing and familiar with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab. Experience with AWS services and understanding of serverless architecture. Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation. Strong communication abilities in English; French or German is a plus.
