Iris Galerie dispose d’un réseau de 171 galeries ouvertes en moins de 3 ans dans 18 pays et un projet d’ouvertures de plus de 100 galeries pour l’année 2024 en France et à l’international dans des villes à fort attrait culturel.

Iris Galerie poursuit son développement et recherche un Manager de Galerie H/F pour accompagner sa croissance.

**Votre mission**:
Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Retail France, vos missions principales seront les suivantes:
**Ambassadeur d’Iris Galerie**
- Garantir le bon fonctionnement d’une ou plusieurs galeries;
- Être un acteur incontournable du succès d’un ou plusieurs points de vente;
- Accueillir et conseiller nos invités pour leur faire vivre un moment d’exception;
- Mettre en valeur l’expérience unique de notre concept et de notre savoir-faire;
**Management d’équipe**
- Encadrer, accompagner et dynamiser votre équipe en galerie;
- Participer à la formation initiales et continue des vendeurs;
- Garantir l’optimisation des plannings et la répartitions des missions quotidiennes;
**Piloter la performance d’Iris Galerie**
- Assurer des reportings commerciaux réguliers (chiffres de vente et productivité);
- Suivre le compte d’exploitation, gérer le cahier de caisse, le coffre et les remises en banque;
- Participer à l’élaboration du budget en magasin;
- Contrôler l’état des stocks, superviser les approvisionnements (réception des commandes) et préparer les inventaires;
- Manier avec précision les outils de prise de vue et de transformation des photos prises lors des visites clients;
- Maîtriser et respecter les procédures internes : réceptionner les colis, participer à la gestion de la caisse de la galerie selon les processus indiqués.

Votre profil:
De formation supérieure dans le domaine du Commerce, vous justifiez d’une première expérience significative sur un poste similaire dans le management d’équipe et la gestion d’une boutique.

Vous avez le goût du Commerce et de la vente et êtes reconnu pour vos qualités relationnelles et votre dynamisme.

Vous avez la capacité à comprendre et à anticiper les besoins du client pour lui offrir la meilleure expérience client possible.

Vous faites preuve de réactivité, avez une capacité de conviction et avez un réel sens de l'objectif et du résultat.

Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais exigé.

Appétence pour les outils bureautiques Mac et une bonne maîtrise de la suite google est appréciée.

**Rémunération et avantages**:

- Rémunération : entre 28 000 et 34 000 euros brut annuel en fonction de l’expérience composée d’un variable
