We’re looking for a motivated entrepreneurial Assistant Project Manager Intern who is ready to support an international team. The intern Project Manager will focus on the French market.

Teamwork will be essential in this role. As part of our French country team, you’ll assist the C&PM Team and work closely with our asset managers and international colleagues from all over the world.

The Asset Management team will benefit from your technical support. You’ll also be touching base with our team of in-house analysts and technical support.

**What you’ll do**
- Support the C1PM Team on local development and CapEx strategies with a focus on permitting, compliance and cost
- Support technical project management for all of Mileway’s regional assets in France
- Stay in touch with current and potential tenants (fit-out) in collaboration with the Asset Management Team, map their wishes and requests and handle changes to the leased property
- Technical project management, advising on technical CapEx
- Perform other tasks related to integration of Mileway´s ESG Strategy

**What you’ll bring**
- Higher education student Bac+5, from a top-ranked Engineering school, in 4th or 5th year with ideally a first experience in real estate.
- A real interest in real estate and in the transformation and growth of the new last mile sector in particular.
- You will be able to develop your knowledge of the market and buyers, to detect and exploit opportunities.
- You benefit from an ability to handle numbers. You will help our C&PM and Asset Managers validate feasibilities, estimates and planning.
- You demonstrate excellent technical and analysis skills.
- You demonstrate good communication skills, and know how to express yourself fluently in French and English.
