**Job Description**:
BIC is ongoing a large-scale transformation in all areas including its Global Supply Chain. The IT Supply Chain Senior Business Analyst is a key partner of the BIC Global Supply Chain business teams.
- Enable business continuity: ensure that the IT systems addresses the business requirements and keep the business running
- Enable business transformation: define and implement new IT solution to support our business transformation initiatives
- Enable business innovation: explore with the business how disruptive technologies will be at the core of our future transformations

**Key responsibilities**

The Senior Business Analyst reports to the Senior Manager, who provides the priorities and supports him/her for resolving the important open topics when needed.
- Analyze & document current processes and technologies, contributing to the delivery/integration of new IT solutions
- Contribute to the delivery of group’s standard Supply Chain Planning systems to be deployed worldwide
- Work closely with the Business to identify where there are opportunities for improvement within the BIC supply chain processes, systems, and data
- Partner with the business teams and support them in defining their business requirements
- Recommend and implement technologies to enable transformation of the BIC Group Supply Chain
- Implement new IT solutions: Design, build, test, and deploy
- Design and build innovative answers to complex business and IT challenges
- Write test plans and coordinate the testing process with users, system integrators, and internal IT staff. Participate in testing activities, as needed

**Qualifications**:
**Degrees and experience**
- From 3 to 6 years of experience of implementing Supply Chain Planning solutions in an industrial environment (and ideally for a consulting firm)
- Business Master’s degree or Management of Information Systems degree

**Qualifications**
- Fluent English and French
- Proven knowledge of supply chain processes: Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Supply and Demand Planning,(CPG / FMCG companies is a plus)
- Strong facilitation skills
- Any experience with Blue Yonder / JDA, Anaplan or PowerBI, are a plus
- Available for business trips (circa 15%)
