Alice&Bob is developing the first universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer to solve the world’s hardest problems.

The quantum computer we envision building is based on a new kind of superconducting qubit: the Schrödinger cat qubit. In comparison to other superconducting platforms, cat qubits have the astonishing ability to implement quantum error correction autonomously

We are at the forefront of the quantum race, competing with tech giants such as Google or IBM. We are growing fast, securing 30 million USD of funding in 2022 to develop our unique technology.

We are looking for an engineering intern passionate about mechanics to join our team and work on the mechanical development of cryostats, as well as the management of infrastructure maintenance. As an intern, you will work on innovative projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of our facilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in the continuous improvement of equipment and manufacturing processes by proposing improvement solutions and implementing corrective actions.
- Write intervention reports and keep technical documentation up to date

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual in French and English.
- Mechanical engineering training
- Technical knowledge in mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics.
- Ability to produce, read and interpret technical plans and diagrams.
- Mastery of computer tools, SolidWorks 3D 2D. Ability to organize infrastructure maintenance
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- **Beneficial**: Knowledge of crystats, RF, etc. Solidworks electrical
