**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Managing the entire sales cycle for S&A (Simulation and Analysis) products and services, from prospecting to closing deals through telephone as well as face-to-face contact.
- Identifying and engaging with new business opportunities to expand the user base of engineering software solutions.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients across various industries
- Creating and maintaining account plans for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
- Collaborating closely with internal technical and sales teams to develop tailored solutions that address customer needs.
- Uncovering customer’s pain points, negative consequences, and desired positive business outcomes to identify the best solution. Clearly presenting the value of company’s products/services through metrics and proof points while tying to the customer’s needs and differentiating from competition.
- Tracking market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Participating in trade shows and conventions; scheduling training and seminars to enhance new business opportunities.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in technical, engineering, business or related field with 1+ years of experience of demonstrated success in technical sales positions OR 5+ years of experience demonstrated success in technical sales positions.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the engineering software or technology sector.
- Strong engineering knowledge to understand and communicate technical solutions effectively.
- Excellent prospection skills to identify and engage new clients and opportunities.
- Demonstrated negotiation expertise, with a track record of closing complex deals.
- Fluent communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to present and persuade diverse audiences.
- Ability to travel up to 50%
