**Grid Services Product Owner - Innovation project manager H/F - CDI**

**Your mission**
- Reporting to the Grid AM Design Lab Manager, you will be in charge of the design of new solutions and co-development with our key partners for new technology-based added value services with strategic customers. Your mission will encompass- Identification and qualification of unfulfilled customer needs
- Translation of customer needs into the design of innovative technological solutions aimed at providing new added value features and enhancing customer’s experience in Nexans’ products and services usage
- Be the product Owner for internally developed solution - provide user story and interact with internal development team - ensure timely project delivery and customer acceptance phases
- Manage and execute Proof of concepts (POC) projects in relation with hardware and software partners and co-developers including data analysis, customer use case set up for demonstration
- Manage customer relation as part of both pilot projects and first scaling projects - ensure proper technical support and customer satisfaction
- Be the technical expert for the solutions in the portfolio
- Support Sales & Marketing teams in the promotion of products, services and solutions offers to customers with expected cost/benefits impacts
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, work with cross-functional data and products teams and build efficient and scalable solutions
- You will be accountable for the quality and timely execution of the projects as well as for the customer satisfaction**Education and experiences - Skills**
- Engineering School - IT master level / BAC+5
- At least 5 years’ experience
- Product Management, agile product development is a plus
- Ability to exchange with technical stakeholders (Product Owner, Devs, Architects )
- High focus on customer services and quality through a strong attention to details and rigor
- Analytical skills
- BI - Data processing - Python
- IS Architecture design for data growth and analytics
- Strong coordination & prioritization skills
- Ability to coordinate, motivate and communicate across and beyond organizations
- Ability to translate business and technology solutions into simple, use-case based design concepts
- Advanced English & French required
- Experience in an international environment
- Past experience in the power industry
