Together, we make a lasting impact in the world of electric mobility. **About the role** As a Regional Marketing Specialist, you'll be a pivotal member of our regional marketing team, working alongside the International Marketing Manager to work out and execute regional strategies and coordinate localization efforts. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing on campaigns, trade shows, PR, social media, content, and website to achieve success for EVBox in your region. You will be working from our office in Paris. **Key responsibilities** - Develop, implement, and track the marketing strategy for the French region, by matching local market insights with overall marketing and company strategies. - Own local PR content distribution and press partnerships to enhance brand visibility and secure media coverage across relevant channels. - Support the creation and execution of advertising campaigns on digital channels, such as Search, Social, Display, and Video, maximizing reach and engagement. - Lead new EVBox product introductions for the region. - Create dedicated account-based marketing plans for the largest partners in the region, leveraging partnerships for mutual growth and success. - Coordinate the delivery of marketing collateral, including newsletters, mailings, and other materials, to targeted audiences. - Create a content strategy and planning specifically for your region, for example for blog, website and social media content. - Collaborate with the broader marketing team to create digital content, product collateral, and improve the website, ensuring compelling and engaging experiences for visitors. - Organize and coordinate (online) events and tradeshows, driving registrations, engagement and maximize brand exposure. - Execute region-specific marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and localization efforts, while collaborating with internal teams for optimized content. - Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimizations and improvements. **About you** **Education requirements** - Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field **Experience requirements** - 3-5 years of all-round marketing experience **Skills required** - Fluent verbal and written communication skills in French, with professional proficiency in English for effective communication within the international team. - Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices. - Proficiency in executing marketing campaigns and coordinating localization efforts. - In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including social media, content marketing, and SEO. - Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders. - Demonstrating proactiveness, being a self-starter, and having an entrepreneurial mindset in driving continuous improvement and innovation. - Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess campaign performance, gather insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimizations. - Proficient in coordinating regional events, trade shows, and webinars to maximize brand exposure and lead generation opportunities. - Strong attention to detail and project
