CTO Engineer

Sidel is looking for an CTO engineer (configure to order) based in Octeville, he or she will have opportunity to work in the engineering center, in charge of engineering activities related machine configuration with best quality and continouesly improving productivity.

**Your Mission**:

- Ownership of equipment configuration map, including creation and maintenance with newly released ECO, to secure configuration map fully align with design
- Ownership of technical parameters creation, to secure alignment with commercial parameters
- Attend customer project kick-off meeting, releasing TBOM for customer orders
- Personalization parts design, BOM and master/parameter tools creation
- BOM simulation or creation for S&OP (sales & operation plan)
- Quality focus with regular NC analyze from downstream and put CAPA for improvement

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- English as work language
- 3 years experience as mechanical or electrical designer
- Knowledge of modularity and standardization is a must
- Professional excel skills is a plus
