As we embark on a strategic digital transformation journey, the role of **Supply Chain Planning Process Manager**will be pivotal in modernizing our supply chain planning capabilities across McCain Foods.

**Accountabilities**:

- Drive and implement technology and process solution design for their specific area of focus for our EMENA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) Region in collaboration with the global team.
- Ensure adequate testing is completed for specific area of focus.
- Recognize change management requirements and partner with organizational change management team to develop plan and manage the change process.
- In collaboration with the global team, bring internal perspectives, external benchmarks, and industry trends to solution design for the EMENA Region to create an industry-leading technology solution.
- Translate business requirements and priorities into user friendly system capabilities.
- Ensure alignment between ERP and planning technology solution design and the globally consistent S&OP process.
- Prioritize system usability and end user adoption in the design of the system.
- Provide escalation of cross-functional decisions to Transformation Leadership Team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of supply chain planning or related experience
- Knowledgeable on process mapping and design
- Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively across several functions and regions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and propose solutions
- Continuous improvement mindset with a bias towards action
- Experience with successful deployment of ERP and/or planning technology (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, etc.)

- Meticulous and detail-oriented with a bias towards quality.
- Proven communication skills with an ability to engage both executive-level management and operational teams effectively.
