Customer Service is our second largest category of our Business Applications portfolio and is critical for any company to ensure their customers’ satisfaction and encourage repeat business. The ongoing innovation in that space, with our platform approach, makes Microsoft a relevant brand to engage with.
As a Go To Market (GTM) Manager for the Customer Service category, you will be in charge of creating strategic go-to-market plans to drive short
- and long-term growth and analyzing KPIs to measure the success of the business. You will build strong partnerships across segment stakeholders to execute fiscal year local priorities, amplify programs to support pipeline generation, and develop localized competitive strategies to position solution differentiation to external audiences. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 60% from home, with a priority given to partner and customer meetings.

**Responsibilities**:
- ** Product Advocacy - **You will act as the primary spokesperson and product evangelist for the business, inclusive of products within the Customer Service category.
- **Business Management - **You will own accountability for defined scorecard metrics and KPIs for the Customer Service category and will plan and execute business strategy where the most impact can be had for the category.
- ** Go-to-Market Strategy, Planning, and Delivery - **You will contribute to the creation of strategic GTM plans and initiatives and drive local product marketing growth strategy.
- ** Field Enablement - **In collaboration with sales partners, you will serve as an orchestrator between the BG Lead and the the French subsidiary to land sales programs with clarity and ensure the channel and sellers are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and resources to sell.
- ** Business Development - **You will contribute to the definition and implementation of competitive strategy and white-space growth opportunities for sellers within the Customer Service category to support short, medium, and long-term growth.
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years field product marketing, product management, marketing strategy, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience.
- High quality written and spoken French is a key succes factor to build marketing materials and be the advocate of the category on the French market
- Good spoken & written english
