Are you passionate about fostering a love for learning in young minds? BeeLingue Academy, located in Paris 8 and Paris 17, is seeking enthusiastic English teachers to join our vibrant after-school education and leisure center. We specialize in providing engaging activities in both English and French for children aged 1 to 13 years old, aiming to make learning a fun, creative, and seamless experience.
**Position**: English Teacher
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver dynamic and interactive English lessons to children aged 3 to 6 and/or 6 and above.
- Conduct after-school classes, day sessions on Wednesdays, and/or half-day sessions on Saturdays (only if available)
- Create a positive and nurturing learning environment that fosters curiosity and exploration.
- Develop lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of students.
- Engage students through creative teaching methods and hands-on activities.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience teaching children is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage classroom activities effectively.
- Capacity to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated work ethic and reliability.
- Patience and a genuine enjoyment of working with children.
- Dynamic and energetic personality.
- Sensitivity to students' individual needs and learning styles.
- Creativity in developing innovative teaching strategies.
- Ability to manage and engage with groups of 4 to 10 children.
- Proficiency in planning engaging and varied lesson plans.
- Basic knowledge of French is advantageous.
- Fluent in English.
