**ABOUT US**

Network Solutions Factory is the first international center for mobile & fixed networks management and operations located in France.

Initially created to internalize the engineering and operation activities of Salt mobile network (formerly Orange Suisse), Network Solutions Factory office opened in Lyon in July 2015. Since 2018, we have been involved in both mobile and fixed networks for Salt Switzerland but also worldwide with Eir (Ireland), Free Senegal, epic Cyprus, epic Malta, and recently Monaco Telecom.

Network Solutions Factory is a rapidly growing company. Today, we employ around one hundred employees with radio frequency, transmission, OSS (Operation Support Systems), and supervision skills. We collaborate with leading vendors in the mobile telecom market, such as Nokia and Ericsson, for the rollout of the latest 4G/5G mobile technologies.

In this context of rapid growth, we need as a company, to emphasize the usage of automation to bring efficiency, reliability and scalability to our customers. That’s why we are offering a position for a Software Engineer within the RF Optimisation team of 35 engineers.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**

The position we are offering requires a deep comprehension of the Radio Engineering and advanced development skills, therefore either:
Required skills in both cases: Python, Git, Docker, SQL, PHP, Javascript, REST APIs

We are above all looking for someone who is highly motivated and proactive in these roles, demonstrating a strong entrepreneurial spirit. This is why we request a cover letter in addition to your CV to better understand your goals and how we can work together.

Given our international environment and overseas clients, proficiency in both technical and conversational English is essential for daily operations. Proficiency in Spanish is also highly appreciated.
