The PIONEERS Program is a 24-month adventure in our international projects located in countries like Philippines, Greece, Cyprus, Morocco, United Kingdom, Dominican Republic, the Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, and maybe more
As a superintendent, you will be trained to play a key role in preparing and organizing the site, leading your teams, and overseeing the execution of projects. You will manage inventory, relay essential information, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. You will interpret plans, supervise site layout, and adjust the execution schedule as needed. Your role will be crucial in maintaining order and resolving any issues that may arise.
Throughout the program, you will engage in two important phases: 12 months dedicated to Structural Works, providing you with insights into the fundamentals of construction. 12 months exploring Trades Specialities, where you will acquire skills across various building trades.
Each participant is paired with an experienced general superintendent as a mentor, helping you grow and learn about global construction practices.
