To request an accommodation, please contact a member of the Ceva Talent Acquisition team. **Your missions**: **Financial Management & Control**: Ensure achievement and optimization of key indicators (operating income, WCR) for industrial operations. Ensure the realization of all financial aspects related to industrial investment / CAPEX (strict budget monitoring of CAPEX, ROI, subsidies, initial budget validation, RetEx). Improve internal control, particularly in the areas of purchasing, inventories, investments and industrial operations. Lead the Group's financial cycles for industrial operations: business plan, budget, financial estimates, monthly closings. Ensure total inventory control: stocktaking, inventory valuation, fair value (assessing obsolescence and risk provision). Lead industrial cost control and cost reduction projects in compliance with accounting and regulatory frameworks. **Risk and opportunity management**: Provide alerts and recommendations for improvement. Provide a set of relevant analyses to operations in order to optimize overall campus performance and support operational needs. Investigate/secure grant and/or tax credit opportunities related to capital projects. Monitor and improve local internal control within the scope of industrial activities. Be a permanent member of the campus management team. **Data collection and analysis**: Calculate and update standard unit costs in line with Group standards and procedures. Identify monthly industrial variances and build weekly projections to support decision-making and monitoring of action plans within the Group framework. **Development and implementation of policies/tools**: Participate in updating (if necessary) the Ceva Core Model on the Campus, under the supervision of the Group teams. **Internal stakeholder management**: Support the Campus CEO in his duties. Be a strong business partner to the Campus CEO on the financial aspects of the site's strategic industrial projects (business models, simulations, optimisation) Relay the Group's industrial management control policy and the site's priorities. Monitor investment projects in collaboration with project managers. Training and raising awareness of financial and management concepts among Campus teams. **Management**: Representing the Finance function to others. Represent the voice of Group Finance within the Campus. Manage an industrial management controller **Your profile**: **Technical skills**: Solid experience in industry Validated experience in industrial management control. Good command of budgetary processes and standard costs. Ability to identify risks and recommend corrective actions. Good command of IT tools and information systems. Fluent English. Knowledge of ERP + Datapower BI. **Behavioral skills**: Experience of multi-site management would be appreciated. Pedagogical Results-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
