Marketing Specialst Intern

The Marketing Specialist Intern will report to the Growth Marketing & Partnerships Manager of Euronext corporate services and operate in line with the marketing coordinator, supporting the team to create and manage marketing campaigns and helping to develop effective marketing activities:
His/her key responsibilities will include-
- Track, analyse, and report on customer and competitor insights.- Assist in coordinating corporate events, webinars, and other marketing activities.- Support the team in executing marketing strategies and campaigns.- Coordinate and follow-up with suppliers.- Support with administrative tasks across the marketing function.- Coordinate the production of internal presentation materials.- Ensure all marketing materials are compliant with Euronext guidelines and standards.- Work with creative agency to develop visuals and copy for campaigns and promotional materials.- Help ensure our brand presence is up to date across all our channels.

Knowledge, and Skills- Fluent in English. French or any other European language is a plus.- Knowledge of online marketing and SEO best practices- Strong skills in monitoring industry trends and analysing competitor strategies- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite- Previous experience with the use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro)- Familiarity with web hosting services and content management systems- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks- Strong problem solving and analytical skills- Team spirit and capacity to work with others in an international environment

Profile- Previous experience in a high growth business or start-up environment (with hands-on approach and ability to build things from scratch), preferably in a B-to-B industry- Previous corporate experience in an international and multicultural environment- Expertise in creating and executing multi-touch marketing campaigns that leverage both inbound and outbound tactics, online and especially offline events- Enthusiasm for digital marketing, specifically Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO optimizations- Previous expertise in content & commercial presentation creation- Business-driven, results oriented and proactive mindset- Demonstrated teamwork capabilities and ability to interact with different stakeholders- Strong project management and coordination capabilities- Flexibility and ability to adapt in fast growing and changing environment
