Within our 5-person department, you will be under the responsibility of a social law lawyer and in connection with the HR and HR services. In collaboration with your tutor your main tasks will be: - Participate in the activities of the Social Relations and HR Legal Affairs Department in charge of legal issues related to individual and collective labour relations - Support the employees of the service on the following missions: - Legal research and/or drafting of briefing notes on collective labour law topics in preparation for IRP meetings or collective bargaining - Participation in the organisation of meetings with IORPs - Management of individual files, legal analyses in individual labour law, drafting of legal documents (amendments, various letters), participation in litigation management, social monitoring < > **Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**: < >
