Accounts Payable Technician/alternate Class B

**Duties**: This position is located in Marseille and has the following primary responsibilities: 1. Accounts Payable Technician (APT) 2. Alternate Class B Cashier 3. Management Assistant The Accounts Payable Technician/Alternate Cashier (APT/Alt Cashier) in the Financial Management Center for Tri-Mission France handles accounts payable and receivable services for all "ICASS" Agencies within the mission. S/he acts as a Financial Advisor to the Accounts Payable Manager and ensures timely and accurate processing of payments and receivables. As an Alternate Cashier, the incumbent manages the Cashier operations, including cash on hand, transactions, replenishments, and local checking accounts, and oversees cash management and risk mitigation. An employee contribution of EUR 3.30 per ticket will be deducted in payroll. The number of meal tickets is limited to 202 workdays per year. **TRANSPORTATION**:Employees are eligible for a reimbursement of 50% of the cost of public transportation passes purchased for commuting purposes. **HOLIDAYS**: The U.S. Missions in France observe eleven U.S. holidays per year and up to ten French holidays. **For EFMs**, benefits should be discussed with the Human Resources Office.
