**Company Description**:
Ossiam, a Paris-based asset manager specialized in quantitative asset management and in particular Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), is looking to add a new talent to its quantitative portfolio management team.

With a team of 40+ employees, Ossiam manages more than 9bn € and is affiliated to Natixis Investment Managers, one of the world’s largest asset management firms.

As a junior risk analyst with 2-3 years of finance experience, you will join our risk team and work closely with management/research, operations and IT departments. This opportunity will provide you with in-depth risk management and quantitative analysis skills.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows
- **Risk Monitoring**: You monitor the portfolio’s risks on a daily basis (regulatory and internal ratios, tracking error, VaR, Stress Tests, etc.) for our funds and mandates.
- **Policy Check**: You ensure that quantitative strategy rebalancing is compliant.
- **Reports**: You will prepare daily, weekly and monthly risk reports.
- **Tool Maintenance**: You maintain and adapt tools to new needs (regulatory changes, new portfolios, etc.).
- **IT Collaboration**: You work with the IT team to develop and improve risk management tools.
- **Regulatory Watch**: You will monitor regulatory developments to ensure our compliance.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

- Education: You hold a master’s degree (engineering school or university) with a specialization in finance, mathematics or engineering.
- Technical skills: You are proficient in office tools (VBA, SQL, Python, Matlab). Knowledge of risk measures and portfolio management is a plus.
- Personal qualities: You are rigorous, adaptable and have a strong ability to work across teams.
- Language: You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
