We are looking to expand our **Climate Tech & Industrial Tech** team** and are hiring a **Visiting Analyst** in **Vienna, Berlin, Munich, or Paris**.

**About the Position**:
Technology is not only the key to successfully transitioning to a zero-carbon economy but will also create the sector-defining companies of the future in the process. Our Climate Tech & Industrial Tech team partners with enterprise software, hardware, and hardware-enabled software startups that are targeting today’s most polluting sectors — manufacturing, construction & real estate, energy, mobility & transportation, and agriculture. These industries alone account for more than 70% of Co2 emissions in Europe. Decarbonizing and digitizing them is no longer an option; it’s our duty.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Be an integral part of our investment team, supporting them in all aspects of their work
- Manage deal flow, analyse and track startups that are potentially relevant for our investment focus, and drive work streams independently
- Conduct thorough technical, commercial, and financial due diligence while gaining expertise in leading scientific innovations and assessing their potential impacts on major industries
- Engage with existing portfolio companies and provide them with operational support, working on their ideas and supporting them with your “can-do” attitude
- Assist the team with internal initiatives and projects

**Your Qualifications**:

- Outstanding university degree in **Science, Engineering**, or adjacent domain, and any relevant practical experience in a fast-paced work environment (such as banking, consulting, private equity, venture capital and/or tech startups)
- Strong passion for and knowledge of high-growth Industrial Tech and Climate Tech companies with deep technology
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Highly independent, desire to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and entrepreneurial organization
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent in English
- Dedicated work ethic, proactive attitude, and commitment to a goal-oriented environment
