MISSIONS & RESPONSABILITÉS
- Contributes to the definition and the development of Manufacturing equipment & processes in a particular area of technology
- Contributes to the implementation and testing of new methods and tools relative to a technology;
- Contributes to the engineering of products and manufacturing processes;
- Contributes to the development and the implementation of technologies during Transfer of Technologies
- Contributes to the implementation of special manufacturing technologies;
- Contributes to benchmarks technological developments.
- Define the technical specification & needs
- Follow Design & develop new tooling for punching machine for different material
- Design & conception validation
- Qualification & deployment of technical solutions on our factories
- Write acceptance document according to technical specification
- coordinate continuous improvement plan, collect datas from sites
- Write Technical solution documentation: user manual, training procedure
- Selection of the best solution with local site & purchasing department
- Suppliers communication & coordination during the project
- Standardization & deployment : deploy on the different DIS manufacturing sites
- Follow key indicator : productivity, efficiency, system availability, maintenance indicators of the system ( MTBF / MTTR)
- Capability analysis : Cp / Cpk analysis on our manufacturing processes
- Communication & reporting : project report (project deliverables, technical reports, meeting minute..)
- Security : take into account the security rules (IT, Software, hardware in technical specifications and compliancy with internal & external standards & certifications.
- Safety : responsible of the safety control of new solution implementation (hardware & software)
- Quality : define continuous improvement plan

Context & Position within Company

This job position is located in Gemenos in DIS-IMT organization for new equipment development & tooling development.

This job position required mechanical design and automatism skills.

The scope of the mission is to develop new tooling & cardbody manufacturing equipment for the new & current material ( ESG ).

This job position is required travelling period for short mission ( 1 week / month) This job position is included in the Thales DIS technical ladder.

- Technician : Electronic / Automatism school
- Expertize in Equipment mechanical design
- Process quality
- Automatism development
