Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous renforçons nos équipes et recherchons un(e):
**STORE MANAGER (Outlet Roermond)**
**Poste basé à Roermond.**
Rattaché(e) au/à la Responsable Régional(e), vous serez en charge du développement commercial de notre boutique Outlet à Roermond.
**Vos principales missions**:
- **Piloter l’activité commerciale**: suivi des indicateurs clés de performance, mise en œuvre de la stratégie commerciale,
- **Gérer les opérations administratives et logistiques**: gestion des stocks, organisation des inventaires, suivi des encaissements, etc.,
- **Assurer un accueil et un service premium** en accord avec l’image de nos marques,
- **Encadrer et animer l’équipe de vente**: recrutement, accompagnement, formation et motivation quotidienne.
**Profil recherché**:
Vous êtes enthousiaste, dynamique et animé(e) par la satisfaction client. Vous disposez d’un réel sens de l’organisation et du management.
Vous justifiez d’une expérience significative en tant que Store Manager, idéalement dans l’univers de la mode premium ou du luxe.
La maîtrise des outils bureautiques et un **bon niveau d’anglais** sont indispensables.
