The Opportunity

Within the Digital Media Enterprise Sales Western team, the Large Scale opportunity (LSO) function focuses on building with and for our customers innovative industry-specific visions.
Working closely with the Account Executives, our Digital Strategy Group and with Adobe’s Digital Experience business teams (DX), the Digital Strategist will deliver guidance to customer on leveraging their digital transformation initiatives to bring value for their businesses and on strategies for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation.

What you’ll do

As an Adobe Digital Strategist / Business Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering customer strategy engagements across multiple industries and countries.
During engagements you will conduct analyses, develop insights, and deliver practical recommendations and point of views that inspire and delight customers.
Customer engagements employ Adobe’s value frameworks, digital benchmarking resources, customer-journey mapping capabilities, organisational assessments, architecture audits and other techniques.
In addition to delivering client engagements, you will also support the creation of compelling industry visions with a distinct point of view based on trends, digital innovation, use cases for Adobe technology, value justification, and relevant research.

Digital Transformation — run ethnographic interviews and customer journey diagnostics to understand customers’ unmet needs. Build brand-new web and mobile app experiences that delight our customers’ customers and improve performance while leveraging Adobe Document and Creative clouds.
Economic impact analysis — assess how improvements to customer experiences and business capabilities will grow revenues, reduce costs, and generate business value.
Seize potential opportunities to prioritise short
- & long-term recommendations.
Experience architecture — assess customers’ technology landscape and data strategy to understand current implementation and usage. Recommend new solutions, integrations, and use cases to enable improved customer experiences.
Bring Creativity for All

You will also help provide industry leadership in the following ways:
Industry & partner strategy - collaborate on Adobe’s strategy to deepen its customer footprint in core industries.

What you need to succeed
MBA or similar advanced degree preferred
Curiosity about digital experiences and cloud technology, digital trends and their impact
Consulting experience, e.g. discovery, analysis, value modelling, and synthesising opportunities
Analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including conducting research, data analysis, developing hypotheses, and synthesising recommendations
Partner with individuals, internal and external, across all levels
Executive presence and communication skills to engage at the CXO level
Experience in matrixed environments with remote support functions and hybrid teams
Appetite to work across multiple industry verticals and countries, and quickly grasp industry specific drivers
Intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb concepts quickly
Validated leadership abilities
Be self-managed, adaptable, and committed to customer success
Opportunity to travel up to approx 30%
Fluent English and French, additional languages a plus

Desirable but not required
Experience in a leading technology company, consulting organisation, or agency
Experience in developing or implementing digital or marketing strategies
Experience in Financial Services, Media & Entertainment, Manufacturing, Retail or CPG
