- Analyzing high volumes of data to understand root-causes of transportation defects
- Building and driving innovative solutions to improve the delivery experience and performance metrics
- Ensuring communication bridges are initiated and upheld between transportation teams, carriers and customer service.
- Building reports and dashboards to monitor customer experience metrics
- Identifying and challenging any negative effects on the Delivery Experience prior to new launches and improvement projects
- Proactively manage large scale impacting issues

Job summary
Amazon Customer Service is seeking a Delivery Experience - Transportation data Analyst with project management experience to help us continue to improve our delivery processes. The role is to be the Voice of Delivery Experience, analyzing the processes and understanding areas for improvement.

For this new role, we are looking for a talented Program Manager/Data analyst who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and has a consistent track record of successful project delivery including creating new processes, implementing change and managing complex projects with often conflicting requirements. Proven ability to manage, influence, and engage a broad group of stakeholders is a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. You should be experienced in working with data to analyze root causes, implementing long term solutions, and leading teams with advanced analytical, mathematical, and quantitative capabilities.

This role is based in Paris.

Key job responsibilities

2+ years in program/project management
Experience using scripting languages (Python, VBA)
Strong visualization skills to present complex data sets into synthesized conclusions
Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Additional European language (Italian, German or Spanish)
