We Are Hiring - Sales Assistant (Luxury Lifestyle & Concept Store)
We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team at our concept store. If you have a refined passion for fashion and design, and experience in delivering exceptional customer service within the luxury retail sector, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional, personalized customer experience with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Engage with clients in an inspiring, respectful manner, offering expert styling advice and in-depth product knowledge
- Uphold impeccable store standards, ensuring flawless merchandising and product presentation
- Contribute to the smooth daily operations, including stock management, visual displays, and sales support
- Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and respect for both clients and team members
- Represent the brand with elegance and sophistication, maintaining the store’s luxury image
Profile & Requirements:
- Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service is essential
- Deep passion for fashion, design, and contemporary culture, with a strong interest in luxury brands
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and create long-lasting relationships with customers
- A proactive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Punctuality, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
