Nous recherchons notre nouveau Store Manager pour notre magasin situé au centre commercial Carrefour Lescar.
Il/elle aura donc pour objectifs de mener à bien l’ensemble des missions qui lui seront confiées, en voici quelques-unes:
- Développer les résultats commerciaux du magasin et les indicateurs.
- Organiser le recrutement, l’intégration et le suivi de l’ensemble de ton équipe.
- Développer et cultiver une attitude commerciale auprès de nos clients.
- Gérer le flux marchandise.
- Réaliser le visuel merchandising dans le respect des codes JACK&JONES.
- Etre un ambassadeur « JACK ».
