**About the role**:
**North Star Network** is a major player in **affiliate marketing** within the sports media and online gambling industry, with a global presence and strong growth. In a constantly evolving sector, **international expansion** and **financial structuring** are key drivers of our development.

To support this momentum, we are looking for a **Chief Financial Officer (international expansion)**, capable of driving our **financial strategy** while structuring and developing our **international subsidiaries**.

As our **Chief Financial Officer,** you will have the following key responsibilities:

- **Development and Structuring of International Subsidiaries**
- Oversee the creation of new entities abroad (jurisdiction selection, tax structuring, regulatory compliance).
- Manage relationships with local firms (lawyers, accountants, tax experts) to ensure optimal setup.
- Define and supervise financial structures tailored to each market, considering tax and regulatory challenges.
- Conduct strategic monitoring of **development opportunities** and **legal changes** in our target markets.
- **Financial Management & Optimization of International Cash Flows**
- Define and implement **efficient financial processes** to support subsidiary growth.
- Optimize **international cash management**, financial flows, and banking relationships.
- Supervise **international taxation** and propose **strategic solutions** to maximize profitability.
- Develop **consolidated financial reporting** and provide strategic recommendations.
- **Governance & Risk Management**
- Structure and optimize **financial compliance** based on local regulations and corporate requirements.
- Oversee **financial and legal risks** related to international activities.
- Ensure compliance with **local and international regulations** (KYC, GDPR, tax laws).
- **Team Management & Organization**
- Manage and coordinate three key divisions:
**Legal team**: contract management, legal compliance, risk management.

**Accounting & financial expertise team**: account consolidation, process optimization, taxation.

**Administrative team**: internal operations management, flow optimization.
- Define **processes and tools** to enhance collaboration between teams.
- Structure and support the **growth of finance and administration teams**.

**Your profile**:

- **Experience**: 8 to 15 years in **financial leadership roles**, with strong international exposure.
- **International expansion expertise**: Experience in **creating and managing subsidiaries, tax structuring, and regulatory compliance**.
- **Strategic & entrepreneurial mindset**: More than just a finance expert, you have a **business vision** and can **anticipate growth opportunities**.
- Mastery of **international financial flows, taxation, and payment regulations**.
- Strong skills in **risk management, compliance, and corporate structuring**.
- Experience in managing **multidisciplinary teams** (finance, legal, administration).
- **Languages**: Fluent **English** is essential. A third language is a plus.
