The Group:
The Consumer Group at ADI is exponentially expanding its activities and engagements, growing its battery power solutions to further complement its existing mixed-signal products, using 90nm and lower geometry, CMOS Analog Power Process technologies.
The Business:
The Team:
Battery and Consumer Power (BCP) Team is primarily focused on PMIC and hybrid mixed signal / power developments, for High-End / High-Volume electronic devices, such as Smartphones, Tablets and Consumer Accessories. BCP Sophia-Antipolis Team is expanding its focus in Power Solutions, across a broad range of IC engineering profiles and levels of experience, including Analog Designer, Digital Designer, Mixed-Signal Designer, Verification Engineer, Validation Engineer and Layout Designer.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a Lab with multiple benches
- Take care of the status of the Lab equipment and troubleshooting equipment problems to their root cause when needed
- Evaluation and purchase of new equipment and calibration of existing instruments in the Lab
- Solder samples and develop/repair electronic boards
- Support actively analog and digital designers for any activity related to IC measurements / characterization / correlation
- Support and drive test automation of complex Power Management ICs: creation of programs for IC test automation
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or other technical disciplines.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Great team worker with good written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of electronics basics, especially analog circuits blocks
- Experience in programming (C, Python, Oriented-Object programming under LabVIEW)
- Be fluent in English (written/spoken)
