**Offer description**:
Your mission

Reporting to Onet Accueil's Saint Martin Du Vivier branch, you will work at one of our customers' sites in Le Meux.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

- Physical reception of visitors and employees on site
- Telephone reception
- Badge management (creation and issuance of badges)
- Mailings
- Various administrative tasks
- Fleet management/parking
- Inventory management (office supplies, badges, handrails)

**Working hours: 5:30-12:30 a.m. week A // 12:30-19:30 p.m. week B**

Your assets

Your rigor and your sense of service need no further demonstration. Politeness and initiative come naturally to you.

You have excellent elocution and writing skills. You are comfortable using the Pack Office and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.).

Experience as a receptionist would be appreciated, but above all it's your talent and motivation that will make the difference.
