**Missions et responsabilités** Missions**

**Insulation Market Strategy**
- Define, propose and take part to the implementation of the market strategy of Sefpro in the Insulation market worldwide.
- Analyze the customer needs, market trends,competition, Sefpro positionning (price & product range) and propose accordingly product developments or market positions to take
- Identify and propose new services and sales opportunities to adress customer or market needs
- Visit regularly customers, local sales team, agents, production plants
- Participate to the product positionning, elaboration of product's sales argumentary
- Participate to the R&D programs elaboration
- Monitor Strategic competitor
- Communication : Product argumentation, Success stories, publications...
- Customer Claim management : important role of managing the claims between customers and plants. Analyse, understand, follow up and action plan to implement

**Insulation Market Management**
- Participate to the elaboration of the Plan, Budget and business review as required
- Put in place and manage all required monthly sales and action plan reporting to develop the sales and the margins as per the plans
- Develop the competences of the team involved

**Healt and Safety**
- Must be an active actor of the implementation and respect of the group HSE policy
- Be able to indentify dangerous situations and inform immediately his hierarchy in such case
- Respect all HSE rules in place in Sefpro sites or during business trips, especially in customer plants

**Profil recherché** Profile**
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Marketing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical and marketing roles
- Proven track record of driving market growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong project management skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

The role can be based anywhere in France. The HQ is based next to Avignon
