**THE ROLE**:
You'll be responsible for managing the Infrastructure service portfolio and work with the CTO and service owners to scale out the services strategy.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Work with cloud leader and service owners to update and scale out the services strategy, and ensure cloud service offerings align with the defined strategy

Work with relevant service owners and cloud developers to ensure service catalogue is updated with relevant service specifications (incl. features, SLAs, pricing etc.)

Develop and maintains cloud service portfolio processes and policy, including the criteria for acceptance of new services

Collaborate with product and service owners to proactively identify cloud service demand pipeline

Collaborate with product owners, internal and external extended teams to identify opportunities to improve cloud service offerings (through user feedback coming in from incidents/ad-hoc requests)

Engage with cloud architects, cloud procurement specialists and external SMEs to evaluate service portfolio quality and identify new cloud solutions in the market to add to the portfolio

Champion and evangelize service portfolio offerings with IT and business user groups

**PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
Technical Skills

Experience in managing or delivering services

In depth working knowledge of leading cloud provider offerings

Familiarity with latest trends and patterns in cloud platforms

Security

Knowledge of compliance requirements of typical workloads and its implications on the cloud provider/technology choices

Cloud Economics

Knowledge of consumption driven TCO on cloud - i.e. understanding of cloud provider pricing vs. internal costing for various config decisions

Agile Methodologies

Awareness of DevOps methodologies and ability/mindset to drive rapid prototyping and piloting of cloud solutions

User Centricity

Knowledge of end user experience driven portfolio governance/performance management

Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders (across users, IT & ops support groups) and proactively identify opportunities for service improvement

Experience with managing/delivering service offerings

Hands-on experience evaluating latest cloud solutions, providers & related economics

**A plus**: Exposure to company’s traditional services, enterprise priorities and relevant user needs/ challenges
