Senior Operational Security Manager

**Job Details**:
- As part of a Managed Network and Security Services contract for a client in the aerospace sector, we are currently training international teams who will be responsible for the production of LAN, WAN, Mobility, and Automation services and Security.
- With this in mind, we are looking for a Security Service Line Manager on a permanent contract, based in Toulouse at the client's site.
- The service line manager addresses the following Securitry Client perimeters:
1) Internet Cloud Access protection
2) Remote Access
3) Access Control
- As the Product Service Line (PSL) leader, you will be the customer's primary point of contact for all operational questions related to the PSL.
- You will be responsible for the quality of service provided and for meeting the deadlines set for the PSL.
- You will also play a key role in continuous improvement by collaborating with experts and internal N3 teams based in France, Germany, Spain and England to identify areas for innovation and improvement.
- You will work closely with an architect, under the supervision of the Director of Operations. This team (Architect/Operations Manager) will be responsible, at the level of each PSL (Project Support Level), for:
1) Providing technical support to resolve complex incidents and problems in a timely manner and with optimal quality.
2) Offer advice and recommendations by providing your technical expertise and keeping up with technological developments to support the client in the operational and secure management of their infrastructure, as well as in its evolution.
- Your position is specifically focused on the Security Product Service Line (PSL).
**Main responsibilities**:
- Assume responsibility for the PSL by ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality of services.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner for all PSL activities, whether it be day-to-day operations (Run) or projects (Build).
- Manage the risks specific to PSL and ensure the necessary technical expertise in terms of technologies, skill levels and volumes.
- Cooperate with local Team Leaders for daily operations (Run).
- Working closely with Project Managers for project-related operations (Build).
- Refine and validate the processes in coordination with the Control Tower.
- Engage operational teams and experts to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, in collaboration with the Control Tower.
- Actively participate in technical meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and provide regular reporting of your activity to the Director of Operations.
- This position offers a stimulating opportunity to take charge of the management and optimization of Security services for our client in the aerospace sector.
**The follow-up**
- As your direct manager, the Director of Operations will support you on a daily basis and ensure your smooth integration into the team and the Toulouse agency by anticipating your first steps.
- This onboarding program takes place on site and through a digitalized journey with key stages, points of exchange and moments of conviviality at the agency and with the project team.
**Required Skills**:
- You must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to synthesize information.
- You have a driver's license.
- You have the ability to generate customer trust and to work in an internal/external network is essential.
- You know how to, and enjoy, bringing together colleagues both locally and remotely around a common goal.
