**Job Description**:
We are seeking for a Developer (100%) to join our Group IT Technology Office and help drive the development and the adoption of software solutions using Low Code Platforms within PartnerRe. The role can be based in Zurich, Toronto, or Paris, working with our internal business stakeholders and IT teams on the global level.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Work with internal business and service units to identify and analyse project opportunities and seek project mandates to develop software solutions for our internal stakeholders.
- Own the full responsibility to develop and operate automated workflow solutions, document extraction pipelines (NLP / DocuAI), and software robots (RPA).
- Oversee, maintain, and improve the solutions in production to ensure ongoing performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Take initiative to drive innovation or hyperautomation /AI related proof-of-concepts, pilots, and new technology implementations.
- Coach junior developers or citizen developer communities to use low code platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in both technical AND business disciplines.
- Advanced hands-on experiences in low code development and IT operational skills, particularly familiar with **UiPath and Low Code Application Development Platform, **such as Appian, Mendix, or Power Platform**.**:

- Good communication skills and get things done attitude to drive solution development, process optimization and simplification.
- Project management experiences and can drive things through end to end with good results and good quality independently
- Affinity to re/insurance business
- Fluent in English, with some understanding of French/German would be a plus
- Familiar with python, Agile and DevOps would be a plus
